Michael Letney has been creating and designing jewelry since he was twelve years old. He has experience in many areas of business, ranging from mass production to one-of-a-kind original creations. Michael is an artist and custom jewelry designer who has a passion to create new concepts and designs that promote God's Kingdom.
Today he specializes in producing "Products with Purpose" that are to be used to assist ministries and missions organizations in the fundraising arena. These products range from high quality brushed steel bookmarks to 3-dimensional stone resin sculptures to all qualities of costume & fine jewelry.
Michael has a vision of reaching out to those who are desperate to find their purpose as he shares his journey of how the Lord continually picked him up when he fell. Even when Michael did not think he deserved it, the Lord never left his side. He shares how, "If the Lord will do it for me, He will definitely do it for you." Michael knows what it is like being on both the giving and receiving side of life. He knows that the Lord has delivered him so that he can use his God-given gifts to give back to those who are in service — following their calling.
Michael and his wife Barbie were married in 1986 and have been in business together in Tulsa, Oklahoma since 1983. Together they are the owners and founders of Letney Design Studios Inc. and FaithCross Ministries Inc. Barbie has also practiced as a Dental Hygienist for over twenty years. She enjoys working with people and has a passion to reach out to those who are in need of dental assistance. Barbie's vision is to create a dental assistance program and network to help those working to make a difference in this world, who are in need of major dental work but have no way to obtain these services other than intervention from God. Barbie also enjoys carrying on the family tradition of preparing authentic Lebanese food, just the way her grandmother taught her.
She and Michael have two children, Mike and Melissa, who are active in their church. Mike has played the piano since he was five years old and is currently a worship team leader at a major Christian university. He is very active in the music ministry at his local church and enjoys working with the technical side of the music industry as well as serving in the mission field. Mike's heart is to reach out and mentor high school students in the ability to hear God's calling on their lives and to assist them with their gifts of leading Praise & Worship. He plans to create a studio and a recording label to produce music for worship leaders.
Melissa has a beautiful vocal gift and is very active in her school as a worship team leader. She has great compassion for reaching the lost and enjoys traveling on mission trips both domestically and in Mexico. Melissa also has a heart for her generation and is a prayer warrior. She loves worship and has been awarded superior rankings in several vocal and instrumental competitions. Mike and Melissa both enjoy using the gifts God has given them to minister to others.
The entire family is active in their local church and enjoys ministering God's healing power together. As a family they are excited about following the vision God has planted in their hearts to share the Resurrection Power of our Lord — how He delivered them from financial collapse and restored broken relationships. They believe that they are very blessed that the Lord has given them gifts that allow them to walk this path together, serving the needs of others.
They welcome every opportunity to share their testimony of how God brings complete restoration and healing to financial devastation and family relationships. Their vision and passion is to share that victory with as many as possible. What the Lord did for them, He will also do for you!
